MSC «Mindful Self-Compassion»

MSC (Mindful Self-Compassion) are courses in self-compassion. Over the course of eight weeks, you will learn about self-compassion and how to apply it.
MSC is evidence-based and was developed by Dr Kristin Neff and Dr Christoph Germer. You will learn exercises to treat yourself with care, kindness and understanding in challenging moments. Research on self-compassion shows that a friendly inner attitude towards ourselves reduces stress.
