Mental Health

Mental training encompasses a variety of psychological techniques that aim to specifically promote skills such as social and emotional competence, cognitive performance, resilience, self-confidence, mental strength and general well-being. The principle of training is applied: targeted and emotionally charged mental stimuli – such as exercises to guide perception and awareness – are used to achieve positive changes on a cognitive, emotional and physical level, as well as a stronger sense of self-efficacy.
In our courses, you will learn to take on new perspectives using these various methods (e.g. hypnosis, progressive muscle relaxation and positive mindset) so that you can master the demands of your everyday life with calmness and motivation.
