Rowing

Gliding in a light craft almost weightlessly over the water, either alone or in perfect time with your team – an incredible feeling! Rowing trains the whole body - especially strength, endurance, agility and balance. Beautiful nature experiences on the nearby Wohlensee are guaranteed.

The basic courses teach the basic movements. Registration is required for this. After completing a basic course, interested parties can take part in the Level N2 training sessions.
