Underwater rugby is a 3D full-contact sport played underwater using a diving mask, snorkel and fins. The aim is to get the ball, which is filled with salt water, into the opponent’s basket on the bottom of the pool.

Unisport offers regular taster sessions. Meet at the entrance to the Neufeld indoor swimming pool. The session consists of three parts: warm-up & endurance, technique & plays, and a practice match with feedback.

If you’d like to play regularly, we recommend joining the Unterwasserrugby Club Bern.
