Swimming

Whether you are a non-swimmer, triathlete or simply fascinated by water, our varied training sessions and courses in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening offer everyone the opportunity to attend a swimming training session or swimming course at Unisport. The swimming training sessions take all fitness factors into account in a way that is gentle on the joints and include technical exercises. The training sessions are ideal for consolidating what you have learned in the courses.
For non-swimmers, we offer a ‘Learn to Swim’ course.
Our crawl courses at various levels ensure that you can learn to crawl or improve your technique in a homogeneous group. Anyone over the age of 35 are also welcome to attend our 35+ courses.
Other courses such as the dolphin course, the technique course (improvement of backstroke, breaststroke and crawl technique) and individual swimming lessons round off the programme.
