Sailing

Since we do not have our own sailing infrastructure, we have a partnership with external parties who offer a range of sailing classes.

Our partner H.M.S. Sailing offers courses to obtain the D-Schein (inland waterways). H.M.S. Sailing offers a free of charge trial lessons each spring, open to all.

The theoretical B-Schein course (offshore) can be booked at various sailing schools. We recommend the Joran-Biel sailing school. The exam takes place at the end of the course.

The Bern University of Applied Sciences offers dinghy sailing courses in Ipsach (at the lake of Biel).
