Outdoor climbing

Between spring and fall it is possible to book outdoor climbing activities as courses lasting one day, a weekend or several days.

The Academic Alpine Club of Bern (AACB) is also a great place for other outdoor activities. Members of the club organise spontaneous mountain climbing and ski tours in small groups. The AACB also runs three huts: the Engelhorn, Schmadri and Bietschhorn huts.
