Bodymovement is a gentle, dance-based body training programme. It is designed to help you become more aware of your own body and its mechanisms and to move more consciously and therefore more healthily and mindfully both in everyday life and in dance.

The training lives and benefits from systematic repetition over a longer period of time. Over time, each movement becomes more profound and more differentiated. The rhythmic movements can be recalled and used for many situations in life and for different types of dance.

Bodymovement is a holistic approach. Systematically organising the body brings order and calm to the mind and soul. The training works as a warm-up for physical activities, but is also suitable for winding down and ending the day.
